Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to the private Participants’ Portal operated by Babel Cover Limited.

They regulate digital access only and do not amend the Stability Support Agreement (SSA).

2. Eligibility

Access is restricted to approved SSA counterparties.

Credentials must not be shared or transferred.

3. Nature of Information

Portal information:

  • Is aggregate and administrative
  • Does not constitute financial reporting
  • Does not represent investment performance
  • Does not create entitlement to enhancement
 

Information may be provisional or subject to revision.

4. Confidentiality

Participants shall not:

  • Publish Portal data
  • Share screenshots
  • Circulate metrics publicly
  • Describe participation as an investment opportunity
 

Confidentiality survives termination.

5. No Advisory Relationship

Portal access does not create an advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or collective management relationship.

6. System Availability

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or suspend the Portal.

7. Intellectual Property

All Portal content remains the property of the Operator.

Access grants a limited, revocable licence to view information.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach or upon termination of the SSA.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
